17/04/2008 Difficult approach to KerguelenNo good opportunity for northing over the coming 24 hours. Strong NW to NNW wind is expected for the entire time. Fedor will need to work hard at limiting his drift south so that he can pass to the north of Kerguelen and avoid that strong headwind.
15/04/2008 The boat passed south of Crozet Islands. Quote from Fedor: "The boat keep sailing along side 48 South. I hope the weather will be cooperative and my plan is to sail North of Kerguelen, leave it to starboard".
